If you seek, you shall find; but that’s not always true for those who don’t truly believe. We all seek progresses while problems seek us. To have is a blessing, and not to have is equally a blessing, it all depends on what you have; for it is what you get that finally gets to kill you. Life has no formula, but there are strategies to living life. If you don’t work, nothing will work for you. One must be involved in things for things to revolve around him/her. Who you are and where you are from doesn’t matter, it is what you say and do that matters.

Words are insufficient to get you what you want, for you must act on them; because it is action that moves mountain and not words. If it’s progress you seek, you must work towards it. If you don’t want problems to seek you, you must put in efforts to avoid it. Nothing goes for nothing; something must act upon something for something to happen. But that’s not all; sometimes, the progresses we seek evade us, and the problems we tried to avoid make themselves available. Of course, some things are just beyond our understanding and out of our control; that’s where prayer comes in, for divine intervention to take control. It is pertinent that one must believe in the unseen that sees everything, because the grace of God is above everything.

Back to the matter, progress and problem are part and parcel of life. You can’t have one without the other. For equilibrium to be maintained; nature must balance everything. Don’t be fooled, there are things prayers and wishes can’t manifest nor manipulate. If you are well versed with the Bible, you will know that it wasn’t easy for Ezekiel. If it was easy for him, we wouldn’t have needed Jesus Christ to save us. As you pray for progresses, pray against problems; and equally work for and against both. Remember that what will be, will be. The essence of prayers is for God to give us the progresses that we can handle, and the problems that won’t manhandle us.

Now, what is going on in your mind?

• Do you think that you are making progresses or are you just facing problems?
• If you think that you are not making progresses yet, do you believe that you will still make it in life?
• If you are facing problems, do you believe that they shall fade away with time?
• Are you active or are you dormant?
• Do you believe in God?
• Do you believe in yourself?
• Do you trust your process?
• Have you given up hope?
• Have you lost faith?
• Are you tired or still trying?
• What have you and what have you not been doing right?

Very important, questions upon questions will never give you sufficient answers, if you don’t believe in the power of your mind. Your mind has the power to manifest and manipulate things in your favour or against you. It is germane that you believe, that what you believe in; is what works for you. If you believe in nothing, nothing will work for you. If you don’t look, you will never see. If you don’t plan to succeed, that in itself is a plan to fail.

As above, so below; is the root of mystery, miracle and magic. Heaven is full of progresses and not free of problems; for there is God and there is the Devil. Angels exist and Demons never exit; that is the essence of hell. You want to make progresses and avoid problems; it is impossible dearly beloved. Nevertheless, the word impossible has possible in it. A single look at the rich making progresses can confuse the weak minds that they are without problems. A slight glance at the poor struggling with problems can confuse the weak minds that they are without progresses. Don’t be naïve, everyone has their share of progresses and problems; how much or little they are depends solely on the power of God and the influence of money.

As within, so without; is the root of progresses and problems. Never for once believe that yours is the best- or worst-case scenario, you are yet to hear other people’s tales by moonlight. Never forget that all that is vain vanishes with time, it doesn’t end here, and the end is also a beginning. Life is turn by turn; everybody doesn’t go to market the same day; neither do those that go to market buy the same things. What you want may not be what another want; desires are different just as our faces are different. If you want something, go for it with all you have. If you don’t want something, run from it with all you have.

Conversely, have or have not don’t necessarily matter. The same people that create progresses create problems. People are the angels and the demons on earth; the one you meet is the one you are. White is white, black is black; there are always two ways to things. Choices and consequences, what goes around comes around; never forget that. Likewise, you either have or you don’t have; either you want or you don’t want. Pretenses and practices, remember that nothing remains hidden under the light, for the same time that delays equally delivers. Darkness rules the night, and the day bows to the light.

Consequently, progresses and problems are pieces of the same things. Never envy those that have, and never neglect those that don’t have. Nothing is permanent just as nothing is promised, what tomorrow brings only tomorrow knows. Be contented with the progresses you make regardless of how little they may seem, for none is without progress; life in itself is a progress. Never let problems overwhelm you, eschew despondence from your life; the same fire that melts gold equally makes it.

Dearly beloved; your mind is a weapon; activate it. The rain that beat the eagle, bathe the eagle. Life is a battle-field and living is a war-zone; be prepared like a soldier.
